Ad Operations Executive

Ad Operations Executives works closely with our Account Managers / Account Strategists in dealing with our clients. Is responsible to execute daily operational tasks, campaign and account setup within tight schedule, build reports to monitor as well to showcase account performance; Ops / Product support and issue investigation. You will be data driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. You are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about problem-solving and also be able to work successfully across teams (Business Development, Account Management, Product), and use your analytical skills to proactively drive solutions for change and ensure safe experiences with all stakeholders.

Ad Operations Specialist

Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for managing Ops support functions (includes Quality Assurance for Accounts); Product support, Workflows and issue investigation. You will be data driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. You are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about problem-solving and also be able to work successfully across teams (Business Development, Account Management, Product), and use your technical and analytical expertise to proactively drive solutions for change and ensure safe experiences with all stakeholders.

Publisher Account Manager

Reporting to the VP of Client Success, our Account Managers are on the front lines dealing with our clients directly. Due to the nature of the role, having a strong understanding of publisher needs, being able to concisely articulate technology products, a knowledge of current and emerging advertising products, and a tight grasp on monetization strategies will be the key to your success. You will work with Business development and Product to successfully onboard new accounts and retain and grow sales revenue within existing accounts. The Account Manager is responsible for increasing client adoption of Integral technology, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that client campaigns meet goals and objectives. The primary focus of this role is to grow long-term client revenues in support of the overall success of the company.
